Entrepreneurship 101: The Must-Do List

Being an entrepreneur is not for the faint of heart. Entrepreneurship requires a will to deal with many unknowns. Sustaining competitive advantage long enough to capture the opportunity to scale up is the name of the game.

Here is a list of things that you must remember as an entrepreneur if you wish to come out as a winner.

  1. Great businesses are often simple and non-glamorous
  2. There is no substitute for selling
  3. Innovation is critical, execution is everything!!
  4. Have compelling service that customers will need you
  5. Make people who work for you sell for you
  6. Keep your partners close and keep your competitors closer
  7. Think like a venture capitalist
