Hello,
I am thinking of starting my own hair salon business. What would be the proper way to pay back the people who have helped ne get started? Should I make them an investor in my business? or should I pay them back from profits over time? Please help with any advise you can give.

I have 192 acres of beautiful wooded land in New Hampshire walking distance/hiking distance to 7 huge lakes as well as 2 ponds full of eatable fish on the land. I want to build a camp ground and a deer farm/hunting camp which will keep the campground open 9 months out of the year. I will need enough capital to build a navigable road, 10 cabins, 300 campsites for campers and 100 for tents, a indoor swimming pool and recreation room with pool tables, ping pong, indoor shuffle board, arcade room, locker room for him and her with lockers, showers, toilets and sinks. I need to have the building constructed to code which is 70#roof load. I would like excavating of the land to be moderate leaving alot of the trees, building trails, tree houses to see the beautiful scenery surrounding the land, fencing of the land and a gate with a gate key pass card or code for visitors. Welcome center in the front of the entrance to take new reservations, separate from the clubhouse. In the clubhouse an apartment for the manager to live in during the seasons. (2/2) A separate storage area for tools, lawn care equipment etc. I would like to have 50 acres as the campground and 100 acres as the deer farm and the remainder for tree and fruit farming. I would plan on income for all of the above.
Hunting would be available during the seasons and there would be wild turkey, deer and quail that would be stocked and fed year round. Campgrounds open up after Easter in April and end after Labor day before hunting season where the campground would then be all hunters from September to December. There would be a reduced income the first year until the advertising and marketing takes off. This should be a very profitable venture especially if it is family owned and operated year round. There will also be a gift shop in the clubhouse where local crafters can sell their wears on consignment as well as camp keepsakes sold to campers, t shirts, towels, key chains, cups with the name of the campgrounds. We would like to name it Hoppy’s Haven Campgrounds and Hunting Camp
